How it works

From job post to payment, in three steps.

You post the job, whoever accepts shows up on your dashboard, and you review the work before the payment is released.

Step 1

Post the job

Service, location, date, time, number of spots and rate. It takes about a minute.

  • Trampi suggests a rate range. You set the offer.
  • Before posting, you see the total per spot, fee included, and pay. The job goes live once the payment is confirmed.
  • One time, several days or every week: you set the recurrence.
  1. On the home screen, tap New job and pick the service: inventory count.
  2. Describe what needs to be done: counting aisles A and B into the system.
  3. Set Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm, R$ 180 per spot and 3 spots.
  4. Review the total: R$ 180 plus a R$ 39.50 fee, R$ 219.50 per spot.
  5. Pay, and the job goes live.

Get the right people

AI notifies the professionals nearby whose profile best matches the job. Whoever accepts shows up on your dashboard, with rating and history.

Step 3

Track and confirm

Check-in and check-out with location and photo. You confirm, and the payment is released to the professional.

The professional accepts or declines. The total, service fee included, shows before you post, and you pay when you post. The payment goes to the professional when you confirm, or 24 h after check-out if you don't respond. Any spot nobody took is refunded in full.

Trampi is not a staffing agency or an employer.

The service contract is between you and the professional. Trampi makes the match, verifies both sides, hosts the conversation and routes the payment through a licensed payment institution, where it is held until confirmation or up to 24 h after check-out. Trampi does not perform the service.

That's why the professional has the final say on the rate, and accepting or declining a job is each person's call, with no quotas and no exclusivity.

Frequently asked questions

No. Trampi is an intermediation platform: it connects the two sides, verifies both and handles the payment flow. The independent professional does the work, and the contract is directly between you and them.
You set a rate per spot when you post the job, and the professional accepts or declines. Trampi suggests a reference range and shows the minimum hourly rate for each service, but never sets the price: taking the rate is always the decision of the person doing the work.
The alert goes to the verified professionals in the area who do that service. While the job is open, you follow it in real time and can raise the offer; if nobody accepts before the start time, the payment is refunded in full, fee included.
The spot is offered again to the professionals in the area, for the same time window, and that spot's payment is refunded in full, service fee included. When you report the no-show, the refund waits 24 h for the professional to contest; if they do, a Trampi team member decides.
In the app, through a licensed payment institution: Pix (Brazil's instant payment) and, when available, card. You pay when you post: the job goes live once the payment is confirmed, and every accepted spot is already paid. The amount is held and released to the professional when you confirm the service or, if you don't respond, 24 hours after check-out. Any spot nobody took is refunded in full, fee included. If you cancel before the professional is on the way, everything comes back to you, fee included; for businesses, that applies with 24 hours' notice or more. After that, the rule shown in reais before posting applies (Terms of Use, section 7).
Yes. Mark them as a favorite and repeat the job: they get notified first. The spot still goes to whoever accepts first, and every job has its own acceptance, contract and payment.
No. Businesses hire with a CNPJ and individuals with a CPF. The professional can have a MEI registration or work under their CPF. When a business hires a professional under a CPF, the business handles the receipt and the social security and tax withholdings for that service; with a MEI, the professional issues the invoice.
