    The rate per spot is shown up front. Whoever accepts first gets the spot; declining has no consequences at all.

    Check in with a photo on arrival and check out with a photo of the finished work.

    The money lands in your account

    The rate was paid and held before you started. Once the service is confirmed, it's released to your account.

The agreed rate comes in whole.

  • Nothing is taken out of your rate. The person hiring is the one who pays Trampi.
  • You accept the rate offered or decline. No job goes below the minimum hourly rate for the service.
  • Late at night, on Sundays and on holidays, the range the app suggests to the person hiring is higher.
  • The payment is made and held before you leave home.
  • People who like your work call again. Clients can mark you as a favorite and notify you first on their next jobs.

To get started

Five things and no cost.

With a CPF (Brazilian tax ID) you can already work for individuals and businesses. If you have a MEI registration, that works too.

  • CPF and a photo ID
  • A selfie, to confirm it's you
  • A profile photo, taken on the spot with the app's camera
  • A phone with a camera and internet, for the photos and the on-site check-in
  • A Pix key in your name (Brazil's instant payment)

Activities the law reserves for their own regimes — security, hazardous cargo transport and regulated healthcare — are not offered through Trampi.

FAQ

The questions we hear most.

Nothing. The platform fee is charged to the person hiring. The rate agreed with them is the amount that lands in your account.
No. There are no quotas, no penalty for declining and no exclusivity. You stay free to serve your own clients and use other platforms.
When the person hiring confirms the service or, with no reply, 24 h after check-out. The rate is paid by them and held before the start, so it doesn't depend on them remembering to pay. The payout timing is shown on the job, before you accept.
If they don't reply, the service is confirmed automatically 24 hours after your check-out. Only a dispute takes the case to a team member, who reviews the check-in record, the photos and the check-out before any decision; meanwhile, the amount stays held.
Through a phone alert, whenever a job in your service opens within the distance you chose. Open jobs also show up on the app's list and map. Whoever accepts first gets the spot.
Decline and wait for the next one. The rate per spot is fixed and shown before you accept; there's no negotiation inside the job. Declining doesn't change your rating or your position, and no job goes below the minimum hourly rate for the service.
Yes. The person hiring pays when they post the job; the spot you accept is already paid, and the amount is held until the service is confirmed. The full address arrives with your acceptance.
With a photo ID and a liveness selfie, checked by a specialized verification partner. The profile photo is compared with that face, and a team member reviews doubtful cases. The person hiring goes through the same verification.
Yes, if they call you again and you accept. Every job is still your choice, with its own acceptance, contract and payment.
No. With a CPF you can work for individuals and businesses. When a business hires you under your CPF, the business handles the receipt and the social security and tax withholdings for that service; Trampi pays you exactly the rate agreed on the job. If you have a MEI, that works too.
We're starting in Greater São Paulo, Brazil: the city and the surrounding municipalities, such as Guarulhos, Osasco, Barueri and the ABC region. Outside that area, you can still sign up: jobs are few for now, and we'll let you know when one opens near you.
